  • 2 1/2 c
    cooked brown rice
  • 4 1/2 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground coriander

How to Make Himalayan Curried Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Place 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, onions, and celery in a saucepan.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 min.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
