  • 1 stalk stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

How To Make himalayan curried soup

  • Step 1
    Place 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, onions, and celery in a saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 min.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
