- 1 stalk stalk celery, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
How To Make himalayan curried soup

Step 1Place 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, onions, and celery in a saucepan.
