Ingredients
- 1 - head cauliflower , cut in chunks
- 2 - carrots, sliced
- 1 - onions, yellow, medium, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch cayenne pepper & paprika
- tablespoon salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, optional , can use any oil ,coconut , olive, grape seed oil
- 1 can veggie broth , low sodium , msg free
- - water to cover veggies
How To Make cauliflower / carrot soup

Step 1bring to boil . lower to simmer,and cook about 30 minutes

Step 2puree in same pot with hand held blender until very smooth . enjoy !
