    head cauliflower , cut in chunks
  • 2
    carrots, sliced
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium, quartered
  • 2 clove
  • pinch
    cayenne pepper & paprika
  • Tbsp
    salt & pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, optional , can use any oil ,coconut , olive, grape seed oil
  • 1 can(s)
    veggie broth , low sodium , msg free
  • ·
    water to cover veggies

How to Make Cauliflower / Carrot Soup


  1. bring to boil . lower to simmer,and cook about 30 minutes
  2. puree in same pot with hand held blender until very smooth . enjoy !
