Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small heads broccoli
  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2t tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin

How To Make broccoli puree soup

  • Step 1
    Remove wood exterior from broccoli and slice remaining parts into 1/2 " pieces. Steam broccoli florets and stems until tender.
  • Step 2
    Using an immersion blender or high powered blender like a Vita-mix, combine remaining ingredients and puree.
  • Step 3
    Season to taste and serve.
