Ingredients

  • 1 large
    or 2 small heads broccoli
  • 2 c
    almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2t Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    sweet smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    cumin

How to Make BROCCOLI PUREE SOUP

Step-by-Step

  1. Remove wood exterior from broccoli and slice remaining parts into 1/2 " pieces. Steam broccoli florets and stems until tender.
  2. Using an immersion blender or high powered blender like a Vita-mix, combine remaining ingredients and puree.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
