Ingredients

1 large
or 2 small heads broccoli
2 c
almond or coconut milk
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
salt
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/2t Tbsp
onion powder
1 tsp
sweet smoked paprika
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/8 tsp
cumin

Step-By-Step

1Remove wood exterior from broccoli and slice remaining parts into 1/2 " pieces. Steam broccoli florets and stems until tender.
2Using an immersion blender or high powered blender like a Vita-mix, combine remaining ingredients and puree.
3Season to taste and serve.
