Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small heads broccoli
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2t tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
How To Make broccoli puree soup

Step 1Remove wood exterior from broccoli and slice remaining parts into 1/2 " pieces. Steam broccoli florets and stems until tender.

Step 2Using an immersion blender or high powered blender like a Vita-mix, combine remaining ingredients and puree.

Step 3Season to taste and serve.
