I love chicken soup different ways. This one is made a little creamy with the cream cheese. You can add more spices to your liking.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 32 oz
    chicken broth
  • 3 c
  • 3 c
    cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • 2 c
    sliced carrots
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1/2 c
    sliced celery
  • 2 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    garlic pepper seasoning
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 c
    noodles, i used no yolk noodles

How to Make Slow-cooked creamy chicken noodle soup


  1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine broth, water, chicken, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onion, thyme and garlic pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover, cook on low 6 hrs. Increase heat to high. Stir in cream cheese until well combined. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook 30 mins, or until noodles are tender.
