Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups baby carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 - cubes chicken bouiillon
- 5 cups fine egg noodles, uncooked

Step 1Place all the ingredients except noodles into a large soup pot. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer until chicken and vegetables are tender, about one hour.

Step 2Remove chicken from broth; let chicken cool slightly. Stir noodles into broth; simmer, uncovered, until done, about 5 minutes.

Step 3While the noodles are cooking, dice chicken and return to soup. Serve hot with crackers or crusty bread. So comforting!
