Ingredients
- 2 - 3 cups cut-up chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups cubed red potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium sweet red or yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
How To Make all day chicken vegetable soup

Step 1In a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 13 ingredients. If desired, cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Step 2Cook, covered, on LOW for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
