lamb stew my way

I've never made lamb stew the traditional way. But put together, it's very good. Hence the title 'my way'. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 2 - red onions
- 1 - celery
- Dashes - oregano
- Dashes - cayenne
- Dashes - red chili powder
- Dashes - black pepper
- 1/4 - cabbage head
- 4 large carrots (sliced)
- 1 package lamb shoulders
- Dashes - cumin
- 1/4 cup shirachi hot sauce
- 1/2 small garlic
- 2 large zucchini
- 2 cans tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1 cup macaroni noodles
How To Make lamb stew my way

Step 1fill lg. Pot with water, add Lamb bones, bring to boil 10 minutes the reduce to medium heat. cook 1-1/2 hrs.

Step 2Add canned tomatoes, Dice garlic, Slice carrots, celery, zucchini and chop onions, Quarter the cabbage. Add during final 1-1/2 hr. cooking process on low heat.

Step 3during final 25 min. add macaroni noodles, season liberally. Remove bones forking the meat off them, return meat to stew. Add Hot sauce during last 10 minutes. Serve hot w/ toasted Bread or crackers.
