Hearty Hamburger/Rice/Vegetable Soup

Andy Anderson !

This is an excellent soup for a cold Winter’s evening, or for that matter, just about any old day.

It’s simple to put together, and probably can be done with ingredients you already have on hand. And like many soups and stews; it tastes even better when reheated the next day.
