2.oo lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
kernal corn
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes, mexican
1 can(s)
paquito beans
1 can(s)
red kidney beans
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 can(s)
v8 vegetable juice
1 pkg
taco seasoning
1 c
uncooked rice
1 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef, drain and dump all cans into pot with meat.
2Add juice and when coming to a boil add taco seasoning
3bring to a boil and cup of uncooked rice and cook on med until rice is cooked stirring occasionally
4when serving add grated cheese and sour cream and tortilla chips...so yummy
