ground hamburg ( i used 90/10)
1 lb
ground pork
1 Tbsp
oil
1 large
onion
1 gal
garlic minced
1 medium
cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
1 can(s)
(14.5oz) oz vegetable broth
2 can(s)
(14.5oz) diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
(8oz) tomato sauce
1/2 c
water
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt

How to Make UNSTUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large skillet,(i used a dutch oven) heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef/pork onion and cook, stirring, until meats are no longer pink and onion is tender.
    Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute
  • 2Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
