Ingredients
- 1 pound ground hamburg ( i used 90/10)
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 gallon garlic minced
- 1 medium cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 can (14.5oz) oz vegetable broth
- 2 cans (14.5oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make unstuffed cabbage rolls

Step 1In a large skillet,(i used a dutch oven) heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef/pork onion and cook, stirring, until meats are no longer pink and onion is tender. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute

Step 2Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
