refrigerated cheese tortellini or your choice

fresh spinach

balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp
shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Easy Healthy Tortellini Soup


  • 1In a dutch oven, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in broth and tomatoes. Bring too a boil . Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 min.,stirring occasionally.
  • 2Add tortellini; cook for 7-9 min. or until tender. Sir in spinach, vinegar and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through and spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 31 cup without cheese = 178 calories, 4 g. fat, 3 g. fiber 9 g. protein.
