- 1 pound pork sausage, i like to use the maple flavored one
- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
- 48 ounces chicken broth
- 3 cups kale chopped
- 1-2 cup heavy cream
How To Make cauliflower sausage kale soup

Step 1Brown sausage then add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 2Add vinegar. Slowly add broth then add cauliflower , Bring to a boil then simmer till cauliflower is tender.

Step 3Add kale and wilt 1 to 2 minutes. Add cream and serve.
