- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded (opt)
- 1 package corn chips/strips optional
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (opt if you like hot)
How To Make betty crocker's avacado soup

Step 1Cut avacadoes into quarters lengthwise, peel and depit mix with water and milk in blender until smooth (liquify)

Step 2Mix in lemon juice, season salt, (Cayenne pepper if desired) and tomato on medium speed.

Step 3Top with cheese and serve with corn chips or top with tortia crisps and serve as soup.
