This is a cold soup it is soooo good.

Ingredients

  • 2 - avocados
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded (opt)
  • 1 package corn chips/strips optional
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (opt if you like hot)

How To Make betty crocker's avacado soup

  • Step 1
    Cut avacadoes into quarters lengthwise, peel and depit mix with water and milk in blender until smooth (liquify)
  • Step 2
    Mix in lemon juice, season salt, (Cayenne pepper if desired) and tomato on medium speed.
  • Step 3
    Top with cheese and serve with corn chips or top with tortia crisps and serve as soup.
