Quick & Easy Potato Soup

7 - 8 smalpotatoes
1 32 oz. boxchicken broth (low sodium )
1 cmilk (2%)
1 conion, chopped
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
5 - 6 slicebacon, fried & crumbled
4green onions, sliced
·salt & pepper
6 sliceamerican cheese
How to Make Quick & Easy Potato Soup
- Fry bacon, crumble and set aside. Place potatoes, celery, onion, white part of green onions and broth in a large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add milk and soup, mixing well, and bring back to a simmer. Mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup a little. Add cheese slices and stir until melted and we'll blended. Turn burner to low to keep warm.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with green part is green onions and bacon and serve.
