I have been searching for low sodium soups and came up with this one with the help of my sister. I was so hungry fir it, forgot to snap a picture, but will the next time I make some

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine, or unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon prepared minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon each dried basil, mrs dash
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium tomato juice
- 1 cup skim evaporated, or regular skim milk
- dash black pepper
How To Make low sodium tomato soup

Step 1In a medium saucepan melt margarine, and add garlic and herbs

Step 2sautee over medium heat for 1 minute

Step 3slowly stir in flour, to make a rue

Step 4slowly add tomato juice , stirring constantly, boiling until it thickens

Step 5stir in milk and heat thru, adding pepper to your own taste

Step 6Calories : 400 Sodium: 475 this is my calculations using a regular soft margarine. I have calculated as best as I could with the nutrition facts on packaging
