How To Make
In a 6-quart slow cooker, place potatoes and onion. Add red bell pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, garlic, chipotle pepper, paprika, and salt.
Pour on orange juice and water, mix it up a bit w/ a lg spoon. Cover, cook on low 6-1/2 hrs, or until potatoes are tender.
