This little gem was given to me by a women who is from Greece. I call this Secret of the Gods. I love my soup this way now, and a tablespoon of this gives it such a nice clean, crisp, tangy taste. After using this you'll be wanting more of your favorite Homemade Turkey, Chicken, or Game Hen Soups.

How to Make Crispy Soup Secret

Step-by-Step

  1. Taste your bowl of Soup.
  2. Now add 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of any kind of pickle juice.
  3. Stir into the broth
  4. Taste Again
  5. Taste Again this time your tasting for Crispness and Cleanness of the Broth. It should taste less concentrated and it makes you want more of the broth. Don't add to much when you are finished with your soup you will have a tangy taste. So be careful not to keep adding juice.
  6. Congratulations, you will know make you Turkey, Chicken, or Game Hen Soup this way from now on.
