I wanted to try something new with a certain type pasta. The original pasta, the wide noodle too mushy after cooking them so used Israeli Pearl Pasta. Such a Tasty Wonderful Savory Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast-diced
  • 1-1/2 cup carrots- chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup celery-chopped
  • 1 cup onion-chopped
  • 4 dashes garlic parsley salt
  • 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup isreali pearlcouscous

How To Make chicken veggie pasta soup

  • Step 1
    Secure a Dutch Oven,. Add in 3 T Olive Oil. Add Carrots onion, Celery and Garlic Parsley Salt. Sautee' veggies for about 5 min. on med/high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add in Cooked chopped Chicken Breast and Low Sodium Chicken Broth. Stir.
  • Step 3
    Turn up heat to High. When it. starts to Boil, stir in Israeli Couscous; continuing for 8-10 Min. Pasta needs to be soft. Season w/ pepper if need be.
  • Step 4
    If it's a little too thick, add a little more chicken broth and stir again.
  • Step 5
    Serve w/ Saltines or crusty Bread.
