This a great soup made with Ham that I came up with the other day. We had it for supper with some wheat Cracker. My Husband told me the other day "Great Soup".

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cook ham-chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onions
- 1/8 teaspoon chili power
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt-plain
- 1 can peas, canned
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup brown rice-dry
- 1/2 clove garlic-mince
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 can corn, canned, not drain
- 1 can black beans, not drain
- TIPS: FOR EVERY 2 TABLESPOON DRY BROWN RICE =1/3 CUP COOKED

Step 1In a large sauce pan added water and rice. Bring to boil.

Step 2Cooked until the Rice is tender.

Step 3Add Cook chopped ham to rice.

Step 4Added rest of Ingredient and cook another 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve right away with Wheat Crackers. Enjoy.
