This a great soup made with Ham that I came up with the other day. We had it for supper with some wheat Cracker. My Husband told me the other day "Great Soup".

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    cook ham-chopped
  • 1/2 medium
    yellow onions
  • 1/8 tsp
    chili power
  • 2 Tbsp
    greek yogurt-plain
  • 1 can(s)
    peas, canned
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 c
    brown rice-dry
  • 1/2 clove
    garlic-mince
  • 1/2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, canned, not drain
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, not drain
  • TIPS: FOR EVERY 2 TABLESPOON DRY BROWN RICE =1/3 CUP COOKED

How to Make WOW! Keema Matter with Ham & Peas

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large sauce pan added water and rice. Bring to boil.
  2. Cooked until the Rice is tender.
  3. Add Cook chopped ham to rice.
  4. Added rest of Ingredient and cook another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve right away with Wheat Crackers. Enjoy.
