I found this in USA Weekly about 5 years ago and I make it a lot in the fall and winter. It's so easy and fast and tastes amazing.

Ingredients
- 2 cans white beans drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can marinara sauce
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 dash garlic
- Garnishes: - shredded cheese, chives, sour cream.
How To Make white bean soup

Step 1In a blender or food processor, pour beans, sauce and broth. Season and puree.

Step 2Heat on medium to taste while you are making a salad or bread or both.

Step 3Top with things like sour cream, chives, shredded cheese.
