- 2 large jar hamburger pickle slices
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 31/2 cups sugar
- 31/2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make mom's sweet garlic pickles

Step 1Drain pickles, (dill) and rinse in cold water,drain again. Put 1/2 pickles in a large sterilized jar, add 1/2 garlic, 1/2 cinnamon stick,1/2celery seed, 1/2 red pepper, and 1/2 sugar. Put the rest of the pickles on top,then the rest of the ingredients,pour vinegar on top, give a good shake. Let stand 2 days in fridge, keep turning ever so often to soak.
