Ingredients

1 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 box cereal, any flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make eve's cereal bars

Step 1

Put all ingredients except cereal in a big pot. Heat until all ingredients are melted and boiled. Let boil about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add cereal, stir all well until coated. Pour in a 13 x 9 pan lined with wax paper and sprayed with cooking spray. Press mixture evenly. Let cool. Once cooled cut into bars. Enjoy!
