- 4 small potatoes
- Dashes - paprika
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Dashes - black pepper
- Dashes - minced garlic
- Dash - cayenne pepper
- Dashes - oregano, dried
How To Make even better roasted potato wedges

Step 1Quarter & cube potatoes into small bites

Step 2Place onto baking sheet. Gathered into a pile. Drizzle with Olive oil as this makes the seasonings stick when sprinkled then tossed.

Step 3Season liberally then Shake them apart on baking sheet, place into 450 F. Oven

Step 4At 30 minutes remove and lift and scatter again so that all sides get crusty. Put back into oven another 30 minutes. Then turn oven off. I leave mine to remain in oven to keep warm until I'm ready to eat um up.
