potatoes

extra virgin olive oil
Dashes
black pepper
Dashes
minced garlic

cayenne pepper

oregano, dried

How to Make Even Better roasted potato wedges

Step-by-Step

  • 1Quarter & cube potatoes into small bites
  • 2Place onto baking sheet. Gathered into a pile. Drizzle with Olive oil as this makes the seasonings stick when sprinkled then tossed.
  • 3Season liberally then Shake them apart on baking sheet, place into 450 F. Oven
  • 4At 30 minutes remove and lift and scatter again so that all sides get crusty. Put back into oven another 30 minutes. Then turn oven off. I leave mine to remain in oven to keep warm until I'm ready to eat um up.
