I got the basic recipe from a friend and played with it to make different crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 cup + 1 tablespon flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry chicken bullion (optional)
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/3 cup water

Step 1place ingredients into food processor and blend to form ball of dough

Step 2turn out onto counter and roll out as thin as you like, I cut these with the rim of a shot glass! you can make them square or rectangled by using a pizza cutter to cut them too!

Step 3place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and give each cracker a couple pokes with a fork!

Step 4bake at 400* for 8-12 minutes depending on your thickness. brush with melted butter for your ritz style brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chicken bullion for your chicken flavor! I have added powdered cheese in place of the chicken bullion and those are very yummy too!
