Ingredients For creamy avocado chive dip

    avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 clove
    snipped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • coarse salt and ground pepper
  • raw cut-up vegetables, pita chips, celery

How To Make creamy avocado chive dip

  • 1
    In food processor, combine avocado, sour cream, chives, and lemon juice. Process until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, process until combined. Garnish with chives and serve with vegetables and pita chips. Makes 3-4 servings.
