Low sugar candied popcorn

Nor A.M

With diabetes high on the rise. I thought I would try something new. My BFF's Grandchild has diabetes, and I thought I would try this before giving her the recipe.Well the verdict is that I couldn't really tell the difference between this and other candied popcorn. There is only 3 grams of sugar per cup. It is really tasty. If you are diabetic,or just want to cut calories. This ia a keeper.
