Ingredients
- 3 cups popcorn, popped
- - unsalted butter to taste
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash garlic and herb flavored seasoning, or any other flavor you like
- 2 teaspoons low sodium parmesan cheese
How To Make ellen's yummy no-salt popcorn

Step 1If possible use a hot-air popcorn popper to avoid using oil. Place popped corn in a large bowl.

Step 2In a resealable plastic bag, combine Mrs. Dash and the Parmesan cheese. Close the bag and shake vigorously until the two ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 3Drizzle butter over popcorn if so desired; then sprinkle seasoning mixture over popcorn, shaking the bowl occasionally to evenly distribute seasoning.

Step 4Enjoy this new taste treat. You won't even miss the salt!
