Spivey Curry Ginger Dip

Serve with fresh cut veggies like celery, carrots and broccoli. Another great thing to serve with this dip is pita chips.
8 ozsour cream
2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
4 tspcurry powder
3 tspfresh ginger root, finely grated
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 tspground black pepper
How to Make Spivey Curry Ginger Dip
- In medium bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, curry powder, ginger root, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Sprinkle dip with additional curry powder and fresh ginger root. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes about 2 cups (8 servings).
