A sure crowd pleaser. it is a must for every get together that we have. Serve with fresh cut veggies like celery, carrots and broccoli. Another great thing to serve with this dip is pita chips.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 3 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
How To Make spivey curry ginger dip

Step 1In medium bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, curry powder, ginger root, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Sprinkle dip with additional curry powder and fresh ginger root. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes about 2 cups (8 servings).
