I love to make these with the juice that's left over after having a beet salad. The color is fun, and I've even had friends that don't like beets love these.

beet juice from 2 15oz.
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar

How to Make Pickled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Hard boil and peel 1 dozen eggs
  • 2mix together remaining ingredients in a non reactive jar or bowl
  • 3add eggs making sure they are covered with the liquid.
  • 4soak eggs at least over night, the ones pictured were in for around a week.
