I love to make these with the juice that's left over after having a beet salad. The color is fun, and I've even had friends that don't like beets love these.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 2 cans beet juice from 2 15oz.
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
How To Make pickled eggs

Step 1Hard boil and peel 1 dozen eggs

Step 2mix together remaining ingredients in a non reactive jar or bowl

Step 3add eggs making sure they are covered with the liquid.

Step 4soak eggs at least over night, the ones pictured were in for around a week.
