Ingredients For peanut butter oat protein snack

1/2 coatmeal, uncooked

1/2 coat bran uncooked

1/4 cground flaxseed
-
1 cpeanut butter, creamy
-
1/3 choney
-
1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 calmonds, chopped
-
dashalmond or vanilla extract
-
1 scoopchocolate whey protein powder
How To Make peanut butter oat protein snack

1Combine oatmeal, flaxseed, protein powder and oat bran in a mixing bowl.

2In a separate bowl combine peanut butter and honey, in a microwave safe bowl, melt for 30 seconds then stir to mix together. Add to bowl with dry ingredients. Mix, it will be crumbly.

3Add almonds, almond extract, and chocolate chips, mix together forming a large ball in the bowl, place in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.

4After 30 minutes, remove from refrigerator and roll into individual balls, freeze and enjoy. Or Press onto cookie sheet and freeze or chill then cut into squares and enjoy.
