my favorite granola
I just love granola - it's so versatile. You can add any combination of nuts, dried fruits, even chocolate if you like. My secrets are the salt and egg white. The egg white creates a nice crunch and the salt cuts the sweetness and accents the flavor of the ingredients. This granola is great as a grab and go snack, with milk for cereal, or served over Greek Yogurt and honey.
