- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make masala pepitas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.

Step 3Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted. Let cool before serving.
