How to Make Masala Pepitas
1Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.
3Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted. Let cool before serving.
