1 tspmelted coconut oil
1 tspground coriander
1/2 tspground cumin
1/2 tspground cardamom
1/4 tspground ginger
1/4 tspground turmeric
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
How to Make Masala Pepitas
- Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.
- Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted. Let cool before serving.
