How to Make Masala Pepitas

  • 1Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • 2In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.
  • 3Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted. Let cool before serving.
