  • 1 c
    raw, shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 tsp
    melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Masala Pepitas


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.
  3. Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted. Let cool before serving.
