- To make it shannon's way, take the 2 large slices of cheese and slice in quarters, cut the gherkins in quarters length ways also. Lay out a piece of ham, top with a piece of the cheddar cheese and gherkin. Roll up and fasten with a tooth pick, repeat these steps until you have 8 rollups
- To make it Luiz's way, take the 2 large slices of cheese and create 8 cubes, slice the gherkins horizontally to create disks. Place a piece of cubed cheese on the plate, layer on top the ham and finally top it off with a slice of gherkin, fasten it together by using a toothpick. Repeat this process to create 8 canapes, drizzle with the olive oil and a dusting of oregano.
