How to Make Ethiopian Tomato Salad Wrap


  1. Spread the wrap with the hummus. Spoon two generous helpings of tomato salad into it. Wrap it up and EAT IT.
  2. I sometimes put some chopped grilled chicken in it or spinach or crumbled bacon for variety.
