  • 1 - recipe of ethiopian tomato salad
  • 1 large low carb wrap, tortilla or pita
  • 3 tablespoons prepared hummus

How To Make ethiopian tomato salad wrap

  • Step 1
    Spread the wrap with the hummus. Spoon two generous helpings of tomato salad into it. Wrap it up and EAT IT.
  • Step 2
    I sometimes put some chopped grilled chicken in it or spinach or crumbled bacon for variety.
