Cooking became my hobby about ten or twelve years ago when I had to give up other hobbies because of severe carpal tunnel syndrome. I've had surgery to correct it but cooking is still my "thing". I especially like to try new things, save as much money as I can by homecooking and I like to can and make jam and pickles too. I only post recipes that I've tried and usually, they are also original with me unless otherwise stated.
