crunchy homemade granola
I love some crunch in my yogurt in the morning and I created this granola of my own because it is quite expensive to buy. Plus I can control what goes in my granola. This is what I think through many tests, this is my best edition of granola.

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups kellogg's all bran cereal
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups sweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cashews, unsalted
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup any other favorite dried fruit you choose
How To Make crunchy homemade granola

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Toss the oats, All Bran, coconut, pumpin seeds, and almonds together in a large bowl.

Step 3Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl.

Step 4Pour the liquids over the oat mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until all the oats and nuts are coated.

Step 5Pour onto a 13 by 18 by 1-inch sheet pan or two 13 by 9 sheet pans

Step 6Bake, turning mixture occasionally with a spatula, until the mixture turns a nice, even, golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Step 7Remove from oven and allow granola to cool, turning mixture to promote cooling.

Step 8Finally add the dried fruits: cranberries,raisins, and any other dried fruits you like, such as cherries. Also add cashews and any other nuts you like as well. Here is where you control what you like in your granola. Make it your own with any fruits and nuts you love.
