Great healthy snack, you won't get enough of, of course you can also serve sauce on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - salt/pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

How To Make buffalo cauliflower bites

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In large mixing bowl combine the flour with all the seasonings, add the milk and stir to make a thin batter.
  • Step 3
    in another bowl combine the panko & cheese.
  • Step 4
    Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, using a slotted spoon, shake excess and then toss into the panko/cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    add 1 tablespoon to bottom of olive oil to the baking sheet ( I used a cookie sheet) then evenly place the florets and top with the remainder olive oil.
  • Step 6
    bake 20 mins, then broil about 10 mins (depending on your oven) just watch carefully, when they are crispy , take out and toss into the buffalo wing sauce.
  • Step 7
    serve immediately..YUM
