  • 1
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    buffalo wing sauce

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Bites


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine the flour with all the seasonings, add the milk and stir to make a thin batter.
  3. in another bowl combine the panko & cheese.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, using a slotted spoon, shake excess and then toss into the panko/cheese mixture.
  5. add 1 tablespoon to bottom of olive oil to the baking sheet ( I used a cookie sheet) then evenly place the florets and top with the remainder olive oil.
  6. bake 20 mins, then broil about 10 mins (depending on your oven) just watch carefully, when they are crispy , take out and toss into the buffalo wing sauce.
  7. serve immediately..YUM
