Ingredients
- 1 - cauliflower, small florets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- - salt/pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
How To Make buffalo cauliflower bites

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2In large mixing bowl combine the flour with all the seasonings, add the milk and stir to make a thin batter.

Step 3in another bowl combine the panko & cheese.

Step 4Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, using a slotted spoon, shake excess and then toss into the panko/cheese mixture.

Step 5add 1 tablespoon to bottom of olive oil to the baking sheet ( I used a cookie sheet) then evenly place the florets and top with the remainder olive oil.

Step 6bake 20 mins, then broil about 10 mins (depending on your oven) just watch carefully, when they are crispy , take out and toss into the buffalo wing sauce.

Step 7serve immediately..YUM
