Ingredients
- 1 - bay english muffins,split,lightly toasted
- 1 - 1/2 can chickpeas,drained and rinsed (save remaining chick peas for a evening salad)
- 1 - pinch garlic powder
- 1/2 - small ripe tomato ,with seeds out
- 6 - fresh basil leaves,may leave out
- 3 - tablespoons water
- 3 - tablespoons olive
- 1 - pinch salt and black pepper
- 4 - dashes hot sauce i use crystal hot sauce for this

Step 1Dice fresh tomato

Step 2Tear basil leaves

Step 3Except Olive oil** put all in food processor and pulse

Step 4Add olive oil little at a time on full speed till smooth.

Step 5Put in a small bowl take a teaspoon and spread on 1/2 each,toasted English muffin.

Step 6Chill the rest of chickpea mixture away and save for the evening snack for you & husband.
