annie's peanut butter balls
I don't know who "Annie" is, nor do I remember where I found this recipe. However, it was too delicious to turn down as a great kids' snack or a party food. Simple and quick!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup instant powdered milk
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
How To Make annie's peanut butter balls

Step 1Chop dates in a food processor by pulsing off and on. DON'T over-process!

Step 2Transfer dates to a mixing bowl and mix with rest of ingredients EXCEPT COCONUT.

Step 3Stir until mixture is gooey in consistency, then pull off small pieces to shape into 1" balls.

Step 4Roll each ball inn the shredded coconut until thoroughly coated. Store in refrigerator.
