Stir-Stir-Stir Candied Pecans
Kim says,"Don't let the agave and water mixture boil up or turn dark brown like molasses- as this will burn the nuts--Keep it over Low heat and Stir-Stir-Stir,for 20 minutes or longer"

- 4 c
- raw pecans (trader joe's)
- 1 1/3 c
- agave nectar
- 2/3 c
- 1 Tbsp
- 100% palm oil
- 1 pinch
- sea salt
How to Make Stir-Stir-Stir Candied Pecans
- 1Combine all ingredients, except the sea salt in a large pan or skillet and stir constantly over Low-heat until pecans absorb most of the goo.(about 20 minutes or so).

- 2Remove from heat and sprinkle in the sea salt.
Let mixture cool slightly. About 3 minutes. Then spread out onto no stick foil lined cookie sheet that you also spray. Spread the pecans out individually -they should not touch each other; unless you want little bundles.
