Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts or almonds or both)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey and/or molasses
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkins seeds
- 1 teaspoon brewers yeast (optional)
- 3/4 cup wheat germ (optional)

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2Mix oatmeal, wheat germ and yeast

Step 3Pour in mix of oil, honey and vanilla, mix well

Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients

Step 5Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes - stir after first 10 minutes - sometimes more.
