Ingredients For cream cheese and olive pecan bites

    large pecans
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped pimiento stuffed spanish olives
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make cream cheese and olive pecan bites

    Preheat oven to 359 degrees. Bake pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan for 8-10 minutes or until toasted and fragrant, stirring halfway through. Stir together cream cheese, chopped olives and pepper. Spread onto 1 side of 40 pecans, top with remaining pecans, forming a sandwich. Makes 40 appetizers.
