Betty's protein packed lunchbox bars

Betty Bramanis

Caramely, sweet, chewy, filled with nuts and seeds and totally delicious!
These bars are prefect for lunch boxes, days out and about and for those who love sports. I make these for road trips and days when my boys go bike riding.

Can be made nut free for those with nut allergies.
