2 cbisquick baking mix

1/2 ccold water
-
·cornmeal

·oil for deep frying
How to Make Texas Dippers
- Heat oil or fat to 400^ (2 to 3 -inches deep)in a deep fryer or kettle.
Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured bisquick covered board. Knead 5 times. - Divide dough into 16 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball on board sprinkled with cornmeal. Roll each ball into a 5-inch circle.
Drop circles , 2 at a time into hot fat. Fry about 15 seconds on each side or until puffed and golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve warm or cold with Guacamole Dip.
