- - olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make kale chips

Step 1Preheat your oven to 275

Step 2Cut out the centre stems of all kale leaves. Tear leaves apart and put into a bowl.

Step 3Drizzle some olive oil and add some sea salt, then toss to lightly coat.

Step 4Place on baking sheet. Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until leaves have crisped up.
