These are absolutely delicious and are perfect for those times when you crave potato chips. Helps slim the waistline too! *Note: one head of kale may not be enough as the leaves shrivel up while baking*

Ingredients

  • 1 - bunch washed kale
  • - olive oil, extra virgin
  • - sea salt

How To Make kale chips

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 275
  • Step 2
    Cut out the centre stems of all kale leaves. Tear leaves apart and put into a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle some olive oil and add some sea salt, then toss to lightly coat.
  • Step 4
    Place on baking sheet. Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until leaves have crisped up.
