How to Make Kale Chips

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 275
  2. Cut out the centre stems of all kale leaves. Tear leaves apart and put into a bowl.
  3. Drizzle some olive oil and add some sea salt, then toss to lightly coat.
  4. Place on baking sheet. Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until leaves have crisped up.
