- 1 - squash
- 2 - tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup feta cheese or cheese of your choice
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
- - salt/pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make zucchini, squash, tomato tart

Step 1Spray a oven friendly plate or cookie sheet...flatten the biscuits and line the bottom.

Step 2slice zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions same thickness..place evenly on top of the lined flattened biscuits.

Step 3drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper

Step 4bake 350 degrees for 15 mins...add cheese and bake another 10 mins or until golden brown and cheese is melted and veggies are tender.
