How to Make Zucchini, Squash, Tomato Tart
- Spray a oven friendly plate or cookie sheet...flatten the biscuits and line the bottom.
- slice zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions same thickness..place evenly on top of the lined flattened biscuits.
- drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
- bake 350 degrees for 15 mins...add cheese and bake another 10 mins or until golden brown and cheese is melted and veggies are tender.
