Ingredients
- 5 - medium zucchinis
- 3 packages (8oz size) sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
- - garlic powder with parsley, to taste
- - grated parmesan cheese, to taste
How To Make zucchini mushroom parmesan

Step 1Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 2Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.

Step 3Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.

Step 4Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve. :)
