zucchini mushroom parmesan

A favorite side dish in my home. :)

Ingredients

  • 5 - medium zucchinis
  • 3 packages (8oz size) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
  • - garlic powder with parsley, to taste
  • - grated parmesan cheese, to taste

How To Make zucchini mushroom parmesan

  • Step 1
    Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.
  • Step 3
    Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.
  • Step 4
    Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve. :)
