  • 1 medium
    zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium
    green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium
    red sweet pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning (or more to taste)

How to Make Zucchini and Corn Saute


  1. In a skillet, sauté zucchini and peppers in oil until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; sauté 3-4 minutes longer or until the corn is tender.
