- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium red sweet pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning (or more to taste)
How To Make zucchini and corn saute

Step 1In a skillet, sauté zucchini and peppers in oil until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients; sauté 3-4 minutes longer or until the corn is tender.
