I first saw this recipe on the Racheal Ray show. And she was raving about it and I thought sure it's cauliflower it can't be that good. But decided to try it. And oh my was I surprised how good it is. Forgive me Racheal for doubting your word. Try it and let me know if you're a believer.

How to Make Yes It's Cauliflower


  • 1Chop up a head of cauliflower or just as much as you want for a smaller serving.
  • 2Sprinkle olive oil across a baking pan. Dump chopped cauliflower onto pan. Sprinkle olive oil lightly over. Sprinkle sea salt over then pepper, and I like to add alittle garlic salt or powder. Go easy if you do garlic salt remember you just added sea salt. You don't want it too salty.
  • 3Heat oven to 350. Bake for 20-24 minutes. You want it lightly brown and crunchy. Serve hot. It's wonderful. And so good for you.
